Odd report

All sorts of information comes into the weather office. From time to time, something ... nonstandard ... comes in.

We get pilot reports, what we call PIREPs. (Inventive, eh?) These usually have information about upper-level winds, turbulence and icing. This one that came in a few days was a little different.
