Geek time

Sometimes I take a look around the world and see some weird observations or weird forecasts. Here's a list of some of them right now.

Kallax/Lulea, Sweden:
ESPA 130750Z AUTO 35007KT 2100NDV FZUP VV014 -3/-3 Q0991 REPL=
Freezing unknown precipitation. Mm hmmm.

Pemba, Mozambique:
FQPB 130900Z 131206 08010KT 9999 SCT020 TEMPO BKN020 FEW025CB BKN030 PROB30
TEMPO 1220 7000 -TSRA OR -SHRA SCT012 BKN020 FEW025CB
BECMG 1820 35005KT=
I'm pretty sure or isn't a standard meteorological term, at least in TAFs.

Sydney, Australia:
YSSY 130900Z 04008KT 9999 VCTS -SHRA FEW008 SCT097 BKN120 FEW070CB 25/21 Q1005 FM0900 06010KT
9999 -SHRA FEW008 BKN120 FM0945 18025G35KT 9999 -SHRA SCT010 SCT040 INTER 0900/1000 3000
TSRA SCT060CB INTER 1000/1200 BKN010 FM0945 MOD TURB BLW 5000FT=

So they're inserting a sort of TAF into the METAR. This seems to be fairly common practice in Australia. Is it maybe a very-short-term TAF? Can anyone confirm this? Especially since they have a TAF already, and it reads as follows:
YSSY 130448Z 130606 03018G25KT 9999 FEW045
FM10 17025G35KT 9999 -SHRA SCT010 BKN020
FM18 17018G25KT 9999 -SHRA SCT010 BKN020
FM00 16018KT 9999 -SHRA FEW015 BKN025 PROB30 INTER 0610 VRB15G35KT 3000
TSRA SCT050CB INTER 1023 5000 -SHRA BKN010=

That's all the geeking for now.
